Asad Asadli  won the Best Poster Award at the 58th international Annual Meeting of German Catalytic Scientists (Jahrestreffen Deutscher Katalytiker) in Weimar. Congratulations! The conference (12-14 March 2025) is one of the most important European catalysis events, covering all aspects from research from fundamentals processes to reaction engineering and industrial applications. More than 400 delegates from academia and industry meet annually to discuss the latest research, exchange their ideas and share new developments in all areas of catalysis.

Asad Asadli presented collaborative work from the new project C06N of the Collaborative Research Centre 1441 TrackAct  with the group of TrackAct Mercator Fellow Prof. Dr. Silvia Gross (University of Padova). The poster entitled "Development of Catalyst Bed Concepts for Induction Heating for Emission Control" presented the synthesis and characterisation of optimised susceptors for induction heating and compared the dynamic heating behaviour with simple steel beads as benchmark susceptor.
